Registration Categories

Author Registration (Presentation + Publication): For participants submitting a full-length paper for publication and presentation.
Presenter Registration (Presentation Only): For those submitting only an abstract and intending to present without publication.
Listener Registration: For attendees who will not present or publish any work.

Payments must be made via Credit Card with Visa, Mastercard or American Express (No additional fee)

Student discounts are available for student presenters. A valid student ID must be provided.
Manuscripts must be between 4 and 8 pages. Additional page charges apply for papers over 6 pages, inclusive of all content (figures, tables, references).
Registration must be completed before the deadline for accepted papers. Late registration may result in publication delays.
Only audience members can register on-site.

All payments must be made through the official conference channels indicated in your acceptance letter. If uncertain, contact the conference secretary before proceeding.
The organizing committee will never request credit card information for accommodations or travel. Please report any such requests as potential fraud.

Registration is required for conference participation. Substitutions (e.g., co-authors or colleagues from the same institution) are allowed with prior approval.
Refunds will not be granted for circumstances including, but not limited to, visa denial, illness, travel issues, or financial difficulties.
